What I Believe
I believe the systems we build—at work and in our communities—should make people feel respected, included, and understood.
That starts with listening. Not assuming we have the answer, but being willing to learn, unlearn, and change course. I try to carry that mindset into everything I do.
Living in Minneapolis, I’ve seen how systems and decisions impact people in real, immediate ways. It’s made me more aware of how easily people can be overlooked—and how important it is to act with care, context, and accountability.
I believe in acknowledging history, even when it’s uncomfortable. In making space for voices that haven’t always been heard. In approaching new communities with humility, respect, and a willingness to learn.
Inclusivity, compassion, and diversity aren’t abstract ideas to me—they’re things that should show up in how we design, how we work, and how we treat each other every day.
